Delivery Periods

Please allow approximately 4 - 5 weeks from the point of ordering for the goods to be manufactured and delivered as most items are having to be made to order due to high demand. We suggest you do not book any installation with builders etc until you are in receipt of the gates, fencing or railings.

Please note that bespoke items may be subject to longer lead times so please be sure to check with us prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.

*Working days are classed as Monday - Friday and exclude Bank Holidays

Delivery Charges

We can deliver to any mainland UK postcode but do not offer shipping to the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, & Northern Ireland.

All products are dispatched for delivery direct from the manufacturer to ensure as quick a delivery as possible.

Our standard delivery* charge is £20.00 and will be automatically added to your order.

*This excludes areas of Scotland with postcodes IV, KW, PH, AB, DD and PA. (Customers based in these postcode locations must contact us prior to ordering to obtain delivery charges)

Due to the logistics of sending heavy and bulky items, we are unable to provide you with an exact day for delivery when you place your order. When the items are ready for disaptch, the courier will text you with the tracking information or the factory will call you direct to let you know when the delivery will take place depending on the method of transport used.
